Yoga Teacher Training

This is an express/intense 200 hour Charlotte Yoga Teacher Training with daily practice and Sat and Sun class room hours from 12pm - 6pm.
The daily practice hours will be agreed upon on the first day of training (Feb 1) amongst the students to accommodate everyone's schedule.

As a special bonus and study aid we provide the following:
All lectures and an entire yoga class are posted online (on a separate website) to facilitate your studies. Log on at anytime with your password and listen to the lectures and even follow a guided yoga class in your own home, tought by Lizzy Hoffmann.
